The lunar nodes are astrological locations that speak to the nature of our journeys of becoming. 
 
You could say the South Node indicates the 'baggage' we carry with us and need to leave behind in order to clear space for creating the life that fulfills us.

The North Node is about unpacking it and gathering our Selves anew, the journey of personal circumstance and transformation that propels us into that future.

As the title for this venture, The North Node evokes my own journey, and how I have come to create the type of work and practices I offer here.

Why 'EtherReal and Educative Arts': 

I experience art-making as an alchemical manifestation born in the confluences of the energetic and the material. It is ethereal - heavenly, magical - in it's ability to move and to touch, invisibly yet  viscerally through the realms of the senses, the Spirit.

It is ether-real in its capacities to give form to the intangible, what is beyond words, the forces beyond imagination. To make real what is yet-to-be

And more than simply an expression of creativity, art-making initiates a process that cultivates and circulates the embodied knowledges and life-learnings of those who create it, vitalising and expanding ways of being other-wise.

In the following pages I share some of the glass art that I make that may be simply for communing with, and 'livingware' that participates in everyday life, practical activties alongside energetic journey-making and life-learning.
